With easy-to-follow writing prompts and exercises, this two-part workshop is dedicated to exploring how writing can help clarify our thoughts and feelings, and support our personal growth.
No writing experience is necessary! (And participants will not be required to share writing aloud with the group.)
INSTRUCTOR: Stefanie Glick is the creator of the LiveWell Program®, and has offered skill-based psychoeducation and peer support to thousands of people around the world. She is also a playwright and professional writing coach.
