Learn practical tools and techniques for maximizing ‘mindset’ to positively impact your mental fitness and resilience
Develop a small Growth Mindset experiment on any topic relevant to your life or mental health to try between the two sessions (and receive active peer support)
Identify how both the activity and workshop can be applied to overcoming challenges or increasing wellbeing throughout your future lifespan
INSTRUCTOR: Eric Feuerlicht leads leadership development and coaching for a global management consulting organization. As a professional certified coach and positive psychology practitioner, he works individually and with groups on topics related to resilience, mindset, and leadership effectiveness.
